Wild Ravens Purple Plum

ABV: 5.7%

A beer of mixed fermentation inspired by the Flemish-style Red Ale. Produced using various fermentation and maturation techniques including kettle souring, abbreviated fermentation, maturation in old wine barrels with lactic acid bacteria and wild yeast and re-fermentation with fresh local Angelina plum juice. Bottle conditioned beer with flavour evolution. Store cool, dark and upright.
