The Wild Ravens series is an homage to traditional wild ales, with stylistic influences and processes borrowed from both old and new world. A variety of fermentation and maturation techniques are employed to create complex beers primarily featuring funk and acidity, with bottle re-fermentation offering exciting cellaring potential and flavour evolution.
These beers embrace local – showcasing local raw materials and our engagement with Melbourne hospitality and primary producers (such as farmers, winemakers, bakers) and express our drive to create beers tailored to Melbourne’s refined and adventurous palette.
To celebrate some exciting new releases, we’re taking this band of wild birds on a 2017 Winter Tour, releasing them across a series of fun, exploratory and indulgent events.

What: A decadent five course degustation featuring 3 Ravens most exciting products, with gastronomic delights meticulously curated to match. Utilising seasonal produce and beer ingredients, it will be an eye-opening experience in the extravagance of great beer and food. Expect the unexpected.

What: The first ever beer curated by NOT WASTED, a charitable organisation fighting the war on waste. Acclaimed Chef Scott Pickett and 3 Ravens Head Brewer Brendan O’Sullivan will present a 4-course winter feast with beer and food made from rescued produce, with funds raised helping those in need.
