Brewed in collaboration with the team at Carwyn Cellars. With smooth roast, soft bitterness, lush mouthfeel and good length this complex and quaffable Imperial Stout was designed for whiskey barrel ageing and is ripe for adulteration. This iteration has been aged 5 months in second fill American Oak barrels ex The Gospel (Rye) that previously held our 18% Barrel Aged Peated Imperial Oatmeal Stout.
