RETURNS & REFUNDS

If in the event your order is faulty, damaged or does not match the items ordered we will be happy to provide you with either a refund or exchange upon presentation of your proof of purchase. 

Our policy lasts 7 days from you receiving your order. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

 

Faulty/ damaged goods

In the unlikely event one or multiple items in your shipment are broken upon arrival, please get in contact with us immediately bar@3ravens.com.au. We require proof of purchase and prefer photo evidence of the broken goods. We deal with these issues case by case basis and will respond to your query within 24 – 48 hours (Monday – Friday). A replacement product will be dispatched (subject to availability) as soon as we’ve reviewed and approved the claim. We reserve the right to determine if a product is actually faulty. 

 

In the event we have sold through one or more items from your order, we reserve the right to replace that item with one of equal or higher value. You will be contacted via email if this is the case. Alternatively, we can provide you with a refund. 

 

Change of mind/ Exchanges

If you would like to change your order, please contact our team as soon as possible at bar@3ravens.com.au. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however, no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed. 

 

If you’ve already received your order and would like to exchange your goods, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return shipping

To return your product, please wait until you’ve had approval from our customer support team. 

 

If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, then we will cover the cost of delivery for the return if 3 Ravens are at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered, there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit) or 3 Ravens have breached a consumer guarantee. In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the customer is expected to pay the delivery charge. 

 

If the return/ exchange has been approved, please mail your product within 5 business days of approval. Postal address: 3 Ravens, 1 Theobald Street, Thornbury, VIC, 3071, Australia.

 

When returning products, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time before a refund is received, please allow up to 7 days to receive your refund. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bar@3ravens.com.au
