Blueberry Sour Acid
A bright, punchy little fruit sour that pulls zero punches and still keeps things dangerously sessionable. Deep pink in the glass, it bursts with aromatic blueberry and mixed berry notes before snapping into a sharp hit of blueberry and lemon sherbet on the palate. Light-bodied, clean and smoothly tart, this one finishes crisp and ultra-refreshing. All the sour power, none of the heaviness.

Juicy IPA
We ditched crystal malt and boil hops for this hazy IPA, relying on rolled oats, wheat, and a massive dry-hop addition at the start of fermentation. This technique transforms a blend of Citra, Galaxy, and Simcoe into "breakfast juice" with notes of candied lemon, guava, and passionfruit. It’s soft, low-bitterness, and exactly what the name suggests: Juicy.
Style: New England IPA

Black Oatmeal Stout
A staple of the 3 Ravens range since 2003, “Black” is a smooth and silky stout with mild roast character and a creamy texture derived from oats. Now seasonally brewed to coincide with early winter, Black was given a facelift in line with our focus on fresh local malt and hops and to enhance drinkability.
Style: Oatmeal Stout
ABV: 4.5%

Flavour: Dried fruit, cocoa, vanilla, long black, toffee

New World Pacific IPA
A trans-Tasman love letter that pulls the best bits from New Zealand and Australian hop culture and turns them up just enough. Golden and inviting in the glass, this IPA opens with waves of passionfruit, gooseberry and stone fruit before rolling into a mixed-fruit, tropical palate underpinned by a subtle brioche malt sweetness.
Style: Pacific IPA
ABV: 5.8%
IBU: 48 IBU (Firm Bitter)

Thornbury Lager
Light, dry and crisp, this easy-drinking full-strength lager combines old world Saaz hops and Bavarian lager yeast with soft Melbourne water, fresh local barley malt and Enigma hops.
Style: Premium Australian Lager

Flavour: Bready malt, dry finish, balanced bitter

Ruckers Hill Pale Ale
An approachable, easy to drink and sessionable hop driven beer of moderate strength with clean flavour, light malt, tropical hop notes, balanced bitterness and a dry finish.

Bronze
A modern Australian interpretation of British ESB, once a staple of the 3 Ravens range, first brewed in 2003 and last brewed in 2017 and now reimagined in 2023 through the lens of our current philosophy - to use fresh, local raw materials and to brew the best version that we can.
